Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU setting
• Manage care for infants from a busy nursery serving approximately 4,000 annual deliveries
• Support a collaborative team alongside other neonatologists and nurse practitioners during daytime hours
• Participate in home-based night call with 24/7 NNP coverage
• Perform essential neonatal procedures and ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Engage in mentorship and professional development, especially supportive for new graduates
• Collaborate with a supportive and collegial team to deliver compassionate neonatal care

What You Need

• Kentucky Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certification in Neonatology or eligibility
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
