Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - LTCA travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting in Butte, Montana. Start date 09/14/2026 for a 13-week contract. Guaranteed hours 36 per week with typical 40-hour weeks. Day shift. Travel - Temporary Assignment. Weekly pay range $1,286 to $1,354.

Responsibilities
- Provide COTA services under OT supervision in a skilled nursing facility
- Assist with implementing and adapting therapy plans and activities for residents
- Support residents in functional mobility, activities of daily living, and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records per facility policy
- Set up and monitor therapy equipment; ensure safety and infection control
- Communicate effectively with the rehabilitation team and residents’ families/caregivers

- Ability to work day shift in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/14/2026
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with the occupational therapy team and supervisees
