Role Overview As the Director of Operations, you will hold full responsibility for warehouse operations, cross-department execution, team performance, and overall operational efficiency. You will masterfully oversee the entire lifecycle of specialized AV equipment—ensuring strict inventory control, ironclad logistics, and flawless, on-time event fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: Deep familiarity and hands-on experience within the AV, live production, or specialized equipment rental industries.

• Multi-Site Experience: Proven experience successfully overseeing multi-warehouse operations.

• Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated growth-focused leadership with the ability to scale teams and infrastructure.

• Process Blueprinting: strong operational discipline paired with extensive process-building and SOP development experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead the warehouse and logistics teams with authority, accountability, and an unwavering focus on execution.

• Inventory & QC Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AV equipment, including tracking, staging, quality control (QC), maintenance, and returns.

• Strategic Optimization: Lead strategic planning initiatives and develop robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to continuously improve warehouse efficiency.

• Team Management: Directly manage and mentor Warehouse Managers, Prep Leads, QC, and Truck Maintenance teams.

• Logistics Oversight: Direct comprehensive logistics operations, encompassing packing, shipping, and receiving.

• Scale & Expansion: Spearhead the transition and scaling of a rapidly growing secondary warehouse facility.

• Performance Tracking: Rigorously review KPIs and enforce high performance standards across all departments.

• Live Production Support: Provide critical decision-making support during high-pressure, peak live production cycles.
