The position offers a balanced work environment, with 2-3 days spent servicing vehicles and equipment in the field and the remainder of the time in our well-equipped shop. Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Conduct diesel and small engine repairs as needed.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the manager regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals.
• Ability to weld and perform structural repairs as necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must provide your own tools.
• Service Truck will be assigned to you.
