Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Accounting & Administrative Clerks for a company in Hutchinson, MN. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day accounting operations and customer service functions while helping ensure accurate financial records and smooth office operations. Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and account maintenance

Process deposits, shipments, customer payments, credits, and RMAs (Return Material Authorizations)

Monitor aging reports and issue account statements

Process website orders, credit card payments, and customer refunds

Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, and Production teams to ensure accurate order processing

Provide customer service support, including answering phones and greeting visitors

Maintain accurate accounting records and perform general administrative duties

High school diploma or GED required

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems

Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending
