Senior Internal Auditor

The Senior Auditor will play a key role in evaluating and improving operational processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry. This position focuses on conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with established standards and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies. Identify potential risks and recommend effective solutions to mitigate them. Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Review and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Analyze financial data to detect discrepancies and inconsistencies. Provide guidance and support to junior team members during audit engagements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in auditing and compliance. Profile A successful Senior Auditor should have: Strong experience with internal audit processes and financial analysis. 2+ years of internal audit experience. Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the industrial and manufacturing industry. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in audit software and financial systems. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
