What We’re Looking For

• True A-Tech (diagnostics, electrical, drivability, heavy line)

• Someone who can own a diagnostic path without hand-holding

• Strong with European, Domestic, AND modern Asian drivetrains

• Knows their way around scan tools, lab scopes, network testing

• Works clean, works fast, works smart

• Team player with a grown-up attitude

• Hungry to make $130k–$150k+ in a shop that feeds you consistent work
