This full-time Psychiatry opportunity in Sacramento, California places you within an established multidisciplinary behavioral health team. You will provide individualized psychiatric care while benefiting from manageable visit lengths and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 100% Outpatient Schedule: Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with no call responsibilities.
• Manageable Patient Volume: See approximately 15 patients per day once acclimated, with 45 minutes for new consultations and 20 minutes for follow-up visits.
• Collaborative Care Model: Join psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, and counselors in an established behavioral health team.
• 500,000 Base Salary: Receive an annual base salary of 500,000, plus relocation assistance of up to 10,000.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Receive three weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays, six paid sick days, five paid CME days, a CME allowance, 401(k) with employer match, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

Candidate Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree and a valid California medical license are required.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry and at least three years of post-residency experience are required.
• A current Controlled Substances Registration Certificate and current First Aid and CPR certifications are required.
• Community-based care experience is preferred.
