Registered Nurse (RN)This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team. The position offers day shift options, including either 3 twelve-hour shifts or 4 twelve-hour shifts, running from 0700 to 1930. The selected candidate may be required to float to multiple locations within the region as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care in acute care settings.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality improvement standards.QualificationsEducation: Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent: RequiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing: PreferredExperience: One year of experience in acute care: RequiredLicenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the state of practice: RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: RequiredAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: RequiredPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: RequiredTrauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC): Required within 6 months of hire or transferTechnical Skills: Recent experience with EPIC: RequiredAdditional InformationThe ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
