Job Description
AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon that is fellowship trained in Hand Surgery to join our expanding, high-performing orthopedic team at AdventHealth Waterman.

Practice Highlights
• Focused on Hand, Wrist, and Elbow surgery within a system-wide orthopedic service line
• Join a multidisciplinary team of subspecialized orthopedic surgeons across Volusia, Flagler, Lake, and Sumter counties
• Access to:
o Comprehensive rehab and fitness centers
o Advanced imaging (on-site X-ray & ultrasound)
o Robotics-assisted surgery
o EPIC EMR system across the network
• Patient-centered care philosophy with a focus on innovation and outcomes
• Established referral base and strong APP support

Candidate Qualifications
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
• Hand fellowship required
• Eligible for an active Florida medical license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Desire to grow a high-volume practice
