Population Health Dietitian — Food Rx & Diabetes Care

MedStar Health is seeking a Population Health Dietitian to join its Food RX program in Baltimore, MD. You will provide nutrition counseling, diabetes education, and weight management strategies as part of a multidisciplinary team addressing food insecurity and chronic disease.
