Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $45-60 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Full-time positions enjoy up to $10K sign-on or relocation bonus, and part-time positions up to $5K. Bonuses include a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly bonuses based on office performance. Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealant and fluoride application, under the supervision of a dentist. Provide excellent customer service, including identifying opportunities to offer same‑day care. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment options. Assess patients’ dental condition and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the full treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary. Take and file x‑rays in patient charts. Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). Benefits Competitive hourly pay $45‑60/h, negotiable.
