Full Stack Engineer

Lead Full-stack EngineerThis role will be onsite at our Minneapolis, MN office (or in Dallas (TX), or Columbus (OH)).Summary: As a Lead Full-stack Engineer you will work on Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA) enterprise Fraud software applications - specifically Actimize ActOne with experience in AML-CTR, AML-STAR-INFRA, AML-STAR-FINCEN-SAR, AML-CDD, UDM. Must be an expert in developing applications and services using Java Springboot/Springbatch. Must have expertise in API Development. Should have demonstrated technical leadership in previously held positions.Duties and Responsibilities:Software development - code, test, debug, document and maintain Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA) enterprise Fraud applications.Devise and modify procedures to solve complex application problems considering computer capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.Provide technical leadership in the analysis and review of existing or proposed system features and integration, security, scalability and performance requirements.Lead the evaluation and selection process for application packages, and advise on options, risk, cost/benefits and impacts on business processes.Develop integration plans to apply knowledge of software architecture and ensure the incorporation of plans into the integration testing process.Provide expert advice on complex system design issues and contribute to ongoing planning and development of system enhancements.Identify and specify technical and functional requirements, resources and processes for complex sub-systems or major system modification required to meet user requirements.Create prototype designs for complex and significant-risk projects.Serve as third level support for ongoing maintenance and production issues.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience5+ years of Actimize experience5+ years of related experience working as a full-stack developer. Java Development experience preferred - Springboot/Springbatch, Maven and/or ANT, JPA/Hibernate, REACT and/or Angular JS5+ years of API and Microservices development experience5+ years of experience working with relational databasesPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with Actimize - ActOne Customization using ActOne Designer, Plugin implementation, ETL development using AIS (Actimize Modeler), Application installation/upgrade, ActOne 6.5/6.6 to ActOne X conversion experience preferred, M&A conversion experience to convert data from an external app to Actimize Microsoft Office experienceProfessional experience working with API and Microservices development experience - REST API/JSON/Swagger, APIGEE Edge/X, FUSE, Kafka, PubSub or equivalent, Docker/KubernetesPreferred professional experience working with relational databases such as; SQL development (including writing optimized SQL queries, Stored procedures) using Oracle/SQL Server/SnowflakeAdditional Qualifications:Must have worked in Agile/Scrum teams and must be familiar with the Agile/Scrum way of workingExperience in Deploying applications on Cloud - Azure/AWS/GCPExperience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Zenoss, Splunk to evaluate the health of mission critical production applications and to identify root causes for performance and functional issues.Expertise in using ADO/GitHub Repositories and Jenkins to deploy application builds and configurationsDevelop Custom batch processes using ZenaPowershell/Bash scriptingStrong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills - must be an excellent problem solver and very good at decision makingExcellent Written and Verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to multiple layers of peers and leadershipMust be able to mentor/coach junior developersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize themExempt Status: YesWorkplace Type: OfficeCompensation Range: $70,000 - $140,000 Annual SalaryHuntington is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
