Professional development and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative activities. Support employee onboarding, personnel documentation, and HR‑related processes. Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee communications.Handle accounts payable, invoicing, expense tracking, and other light accounting functions. Maintain office records, reports, and confidential documentation. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics. Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, vendors, and external partners. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of office management, administrative, HR, or business operations experience. Experience supporting HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration. Basic accounting experience including AP, invoicing, payroll support, or bookkeeping. Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast‑paced environment. Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate Strong personality with the confidence to work effectively with demanding managers and employees. Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
