We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to oversee and scale enterprise-level freight brokerage operations across multiple accounts and teams. This is a true executive-level opportunity designed for an operator who understands margin, execution, scalability, and accountability at scale. Qualifications What You Bring: 8 years in direct freight brokerage operations (non-asset based required) Proven leadership over multi-team brokerage environments Experience managing volume-driven, fast-paced freight networks Strong financial acumen — deep understanding of GP, margin optimization, and cost controls Spot bid & RFQ oversight experience at scale Track record of building and leading high-performance operational teams Ability to drive accountability without micromanagement Executive-level communication and decision-making skills Asset-based or carrier-only experience will not be considered.
