You’ll safely deliver fresh, quality orders while providing friendly, professional service. Between deliveries, you’ll work alongside the store team to help keep operations running smoothly. Pay & Earning Potential Delivery Drivers earn a combination of hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement:

• 15.00/hour while working inside the store
• 7.50/hour while dispatched on deliveries

Average tips of approximately $8-$10/hour paid daily Mileage compensation paid daily Actual tip earnings may vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. This split-pay structure allows drivers to earn hourly wages while also benefiting from tips and mileage reimbursement during deliveries. What You’ll Do Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders Provide friendly, professional customer service Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards Navigate to homes, businesses, apartments, and other delivery locations Handle cash and customer payments accurately Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the store Help inside the store between deliveries by: Answering phones and taking orders Preparing food and products Stocking ingredients and supplies Cleaning work areas What We’re Looking For At least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license Safe driving record that meets company standards Reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to work as part of a team Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs Physical & Work Requirements This is an active position. Delivery Drivers must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods Carry pizzas, beverages, and customer orders Navigate stairs and multi-story buildings Bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed Work in varying weather and temperature conditions Drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours Why Join Domino’s?
