Product Engineer I

Product Engineer I at Cytiva (Danaher) supports engineering projects in Pensacola, Florida, resolving customer and manufacturing issues through data-driven problem-solving and participating in new product introduction activities.
Responsibilities
- Support structured problem-solving activities by collecting data and assisting with root cause analysis
- Gather and analyze process and quality data to support CTQ identification and performance monitoring
- Participate in NPI activities including data collection, protocol execution, and documentation support
- Support raw material changes by collecting supplier data and executing test protocols
- Maintain and update process documentation including SOPs and control plans
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 0–3 years engineering, manufacturing, or quality experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Foundational knowledge of problem-solving methodologies
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts
