Field Sales Representative

The TruGreen Field Sales Representative is the face of our company, engaging homeowners in their neighborhoods to introduce personalized lawn‑care solutions. What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face, understand their needs, and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions to build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vigor. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn‑care needs. Convert prospects from “just looking” to sign‑ups using proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance in CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to enhance their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (a degree in People Skills encouraged). Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for small talk and closing conversations. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
