Quick Facts: Location: 500 Campus Drive, Hancock, MI 49930 Start Date: 07/18/2026 Shift: September 9–11, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (On-site orientation required 1 day prior) Duration: 3 days with potential for future dates Hours/Week: 36 hours per shift, 7 days a week schedule Employment Type: Contract/Temporary License/Certs: Medical License in Michigan, Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (required) Experience: Prior ED experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (please inquire about the comprehensive pay package upon application) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements, robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team, and temp privileges when needed. What You’ll Do: Provide emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a busy ED setting Collaborate with ED RNs and an APP team to deliver seamless patient care Manage an average of 36 patients per day, with approximately 3 admissions per shift Document patient encounters using Meditech EMR system Participate in onsite orientation and adhere to facility protocols Support both inpatient and outpatient needs in a fast-paced environment What You Need: Current medical license in Michigan Board certification in Emergency Medicine (or eligible) Minimum of 2+ years of ED experience preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This contract opportunity takes place at a leading facility in Hancock, Michigan, providing essential emergency services in a community-focused environment.
