Corporate Assistant Controller Our Client is seeking a strong technical Corporate Assistant Controller located in Mukilteo, WA. This position is onsite. Candidates should have experience from public accounting, a CPA license, and private industry experience. Requirements Minimum 8+ years related work experience from publicly traded companies. CPA and public accounting are required. Experience overseeing shared services (Accounting Operations, AP, AR, Payroll). Public accounting experience in audit, internal controls in SOX‑compliant environment, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience in financial statement preparation. Excellent communication and ability to deliver results presentations. Strong Excel and large ERP system skills. Responsibilities Financial statement preparation, intercompany and consolidation, analysis, and detailed monthly & quarterly reporting. Strong general ledger month‑end close for multiple entities including oversight of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and reconciliations. Prepare cash flow analysis, P&L forecasts & budgeting. Set and comply with internal controls, policies & procedures. Liaise with Corporate Headquarters and with external CPA firm. Supervise department general accounting staff including GL staff, accounts receivable (AR) & accounts payable (AP). Manage all account & bank reconciliations. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience but is in the range of $140,000 to $170,000 base, plus bonus and strong benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
