Senior Preconstruction Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Preconstruction Manager. This role is responsible for providing leadership in the preconstruction phase of projects to assure success. This role is expected to provide directions and assistance to the preconstruction team with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and bidding. They should have a skill set beyond technical proficiency. The Senior Preconstruction Manager is capable of preparing detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, and design development construction) and analyzing cost models of very large, complex, specialized and/or multiple projects while also delegating and managing other Preconstruction staff. Skills and Qualifications Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of preconstruction experience. Demonstrated leadership ability of project teams with successful outcomes. Must be proficient in Bluebeam software for the creation and modification of PDF documents. Must be proficient in On Screen Take off/Togal/Timberline Estimating software. Preferred four (4) year degree in a construction related curriculum.
