Jim Click Hyundai East is seeking a detail-oriented Service Booker/Flagger to support our high-volume Service Department. This role is ideal for an organized automotive professional who thrives behind the scenes ensuring repair orders are completed, flagged, and processed accurately.

Booker / Flagger Job Responsibilities

• Review completed repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
• Flag technician labor hours accurately and timely according to dealership policies
• Ensure correct operation codes, labor times, and pricing are applied
• Verify warranty and customer pay lines prior to submission or billing
• Work closely with service advisors and managers to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines
• Support end-of-day and end-of-month service department processes
• Maintain organized and accurate service records

Booker / Flagger Qualifications

• Prior dealership booker, flagger, or service administration experience preferred
• Understanding of automotive repair orders, labor times, and warranty processes
• Hyundai dealership experience a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with dealership DMS systems
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
