Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars. Responsibilities Greet guests and make eye contact; thank each guest served. Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations. Project a professional appearance in accordance with dress code and grooming policy. Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area in accordance with policies and procedures. Fill guest orders with care and efficiency (bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts and carry outs). Operate the bottle return area in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain sufficient stock levels on Front End supplies. Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Strong communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Must be reliable. Basic literacy and basic computer skills. Satisfactory performance reviews.
