This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while working closely with a hospice center dedicated to providing high-quality care to seniors. The Social Worker will connect with clients through virtual visits and occasional in-person interactions as necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to identify emotional, social, and economic factors affecting seniors and their families.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
