Application Engineer

Insight Global is seeking an Application Engineer to join a collaborative, globally connected team of six supporting advanced capital equipment in the electronics manufacturing industry. This hands‑on, customer‑facing position serves as the critical technical bridge between engineering, sales, and end customers and is responsible for configuring, validating, and optimizing equipment solutions that drive measurable production outcomes. This role will work across four core product lines including wave soldering, reflow, cleaning, and printing systems, and partner with customers ranging from circuit board manufacturers to large‑scale electronics producers.
