About the Role

The Vice Chancellor will also be a key member of the Chancellor's cabinet, promoting the company's core values and implementing strategies for student success. Candidates for the Vice Chancellor position must have a Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' experience in higher education, with a strong background in both teaching and administration. Experience in community college settings and with grant writing, budget management, and the accreditation process is desired. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and a proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
