About the Role

The Oncology Institute (TOI) is expanding across Central Florida . We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our new clinic in Kissimmee, FL , located about 20 miles south of Orlando.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new market, build your practice with intention, and be part of a physician-centered model designed for long-term success .

Practice & Clinical Support Model

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and work with physicians to create evidence-based care plans for oncology patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized care.
• Administer specialized treatments and interventions under physician supervision.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and collaborative research projects.
• Serve as the practice leader in assigned areas, communicating with hospitalists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop strong relationships with hospitalists and other specialists.
