Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress. Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and responses to treatment. Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication goals. Qualifications Current licensure or certification per state regulations. Completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days of hire). Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable. Key Skills Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities. Excellent documentation and progress tracking skills.
