Aerospace Builder

Do you enjoy turning blueprints into reality? Are you the type of person who looks at a pile of parts and sees a finished tool? If so, we may have a spot for you.
We're looking for a skilled Tool Builder who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and building things that matter. Every day is a little different, and you'll be working with a great team to create high-quality tooling for some pretty exciting projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reading blueprints, drawings, BOMs, and SOWs like they're your favorite novel.
- Building tools and molds from start to finish.
- Drilling, tapping, reaming, installing dowels, and making parts fit exactly as they should.
- Operating equipment such as Bridgeport mills and surface grinders.
- Deburring, paint prep, stenciling, and material identification.
- Safely operating forklift and overhead cranes.
- Working with teammates to keep projects moving and customers happy.
- Keeping your work area safe, organized, and ready for action.
