(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Location: 309 Rolling Hills Cir, Easley, SC 29640-0000 Responsibilities Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, implementing action plans. Operate forklift per company standards, safely picking up, moving, and positioning merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners. Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers, managing inventory flow, equipment use, merchandising, and required documentation. Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, guide on self‑service technology, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote club products and services. Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor presentation per policies: zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged/out‑of‑date items, setting up displays, ensuring modular integrity, staging, and delivering merchandise. Ensure club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking orders, staging products, adhering to policy, ensuring timely completion, and performing audits. Inventory: safely handle and display goods, track items, keep in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, report poor inventory practices, and use inventory tools. Maintain forklifts safely, report poor conditions, and inform management of maintenance issues. Use technology to proactively identify customers needing help, engage them, assist with services, model tech usage, identify shrink opportunities, resolve issues, maintain equipment, and keep products organized. Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience.
