Senior Marketing Manager, Central Pharmacy Service Center Solutions

BD seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to develop commercial strategy and market positioning for Central Pharmacy Service Center solutions. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to drive customer adoption, create compelling value propositions, and strengthen BD's position in centralized pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as marketing leader and subject matter expert for CPSC solutions
- Develop and execute commercial strategy to accelerate adoption of BD's CPSC offering
- Create differentiated value propositions and integrated messaging frameworks for customer-focused outcomes
- Engage directly with health system executives and pharmacy leaders to validate messaging and identify opportunities
- Partner with sales teams to develop enablement programs and support strategic customer opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
- 8+ years healthcare marketing, product marketing, or commercial leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience with acute care hospitals or health systems
- Ability to develop strategic messaging for complex healthcare solutions
- Direct engagement experience with healthcare executives and pharmacy leaders
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and influence capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
