The Medical Sales Representative will promote our innovative products to hospitals, urgent care facilities, nursing homes, primary care and specialty physicians. We expect to launch a number of new products in 2026 to our Sales Rep team and beyond to further distinguish ourselves as a market leader. Medical Sales Rep Responsibilities Continuously improve selling skills, product and competitor knowledge by completing required training courses, working with managers, and reviewing available information from the product management team. Calling on territory healthcare providers and informing them about the features and benefits of our products, explaining characteristics, uses, dosages, value-add programs for HCPs and patients, and effectively communicating other relevant educational information as directed by management to grow market share. Consistently develop a partnership-selling style that includes the use of all available promotional literature and selling tools (Excel-based reports, market share & usage reports, etc.) during sales calls as assigned. Educate, develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned territory healthcare providers and their staff to further the company's business progress. Medical Sales Rep Basic Requirements Must be authorized to be employed in the United States. Have a valid driver's license. At least some success in business-to-business sales. Strong organizational skills and excellent oral presentation and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage a physician-based customer base. Skills to communicate clinically based evidence to healthcare professionals. Willingness to maintain up-to-date medical knowledge and data that is constantly changing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
