Full Time Assistant Nurse Manager for Emergency Department

Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse reporting to the unit director/manager who utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift. The ANM supports the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services and provides managerial presence for all shifts. The ANM manages clinical and non‑clinical caregivers and provides input on performance evaluation. Duties include compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements; implementing and monitoring compliance with policies, processes, and clinical priorities; coaching, mentoring, and collaborating to deliver quality health care to patients. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BS or BSN). Registered Nurses employed prior to November 1 2024 are encouraged to pursue a BSN; obtaining the degree is not a condition of employment. Washington Registered Nurse License. Recent clinical experience in Emergency care at an acute care hospital. Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience.
