Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Responsibilities Research industry and target data, build financial models, and analyze financial statements under GAAP. Perform quality of earnings analysis, working capital assessments, and review of accounting policies to evaluate performance sustainability and identify risks. Prepare financial details to assist clients evaluating acquisition decisions, including preparing proposals and engagement letters. Present findings and participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top‑level management. Develop and review financial forecasts and financial reports to determine quality of historical earnings and assess assets and liabilities to be acquired. Organize projects against deadlines, manage time effectively, and supervise junior team members. Assist in preparing reports, calculating adjustments, and determining sustainability of performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Preferred certifications: CPA. 4‑6 years of experience in a Transaction Advisory services practice, an Audit or Consulting practice, or Investment Banking.
