Position Overview

We're looking for reliable Production Operators to join our team in a clean, food-grade manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring product quality, smooth machine operation, and efficient production flow.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machines to maintain efficient performance
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Use an RF scanner to track materials and production flow
• Assist with basic machine adjustments and resets
• Manage packaging processes, including:
  • Preparing boxes and rotating stock
  • Sealing and stacking finished boxes on pallets
  • Applying correct production labels
• Visually inspect caps for defects according to quality guidelines
• Monitor equipment (including camera systems) to identify issues or non-conforming products
• Keep production lines supplied with caps and labels
• Start and stop presses, labeling lines, and related equipment
• Clean presses, finishing lines, and equipment according to sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Wrap pallets and prepare products for shipment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor
• Ability to stand for a full shift and lift 2530 pounds regularly
• Comfortable following instructions and working within safety guidelines
• Willingness to work in a clean, regulated environment (hairnets, no jewelry, etc.)
• Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with plastics or manufacturing is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plastic extrusion or food-grade manufacturing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Good physical condition and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Basic English reading and writing skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Surprise, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
