The Compliance Auditor, specializing in hard-file review, will play a crucial role in ensuring our files comply with all relevant laws, Affordable Care Act regulations, and internal policies. This role involves carefully examining resident files, documentation, and records to identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.The incumbent in this role must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce.An Aptitude for Connecting: Must possess a strong sense for creating a sense of community, as well as the drive to go the extra mile to create a positive experience for all residents and staff.
