Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word, and general computer systems, with a strong focus on accurate management of equipment and technology assets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and components

· Record and track serial numbers and MAC addresses for all equipment

· Generate inventory reports and maintain proper documentation in Excel and Word

· Oversee receiving, storing, staging, and shipping of equipment

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement and reordering

· Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and optimized for workflow efficiency

· Collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and procurement staff

· Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety requirements

· Experience driving a 16’ to 24’ box truck; CDL not required

Qualifications:

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Strong computer skills and experience with inventory management systems

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Previous experience in warehouse management or inventory control

· Ability to safely lift, move, and stage equipment as needed

· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

· Ability to safely operate a 16’ to 26’ box truck for deliveries
