HR Leader

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Leader to guide people strategy and daily HR operations for a growing organization in Houston, Texas. This HR Leader is well suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environment, uses data to drive decisions, and takes initiative with limited oversight. The position will serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership, helping strengthen programs, improve consistency, and support continued business growth while preserving a strong workplace culture.Responsibilities for HR Leader• Lead HR initiatives that support a workforce of up to 200 employees across corporate and manufacturing settings.• Develop and refine core people processes, including performance management, review cycles, career growth planning, and employee relations practices.• Partner with leadership to build scalable HR structures, policies, and best practices that align with rapid organizational growth.• Oversee talent acquisition efforts by improving hiring workflows, supporting workforce planning, and helping attract candidates with relevant experience.• Use metrics and operational data to evaluate HR effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions with measurable results.• Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including frontline employees, managers, executives, and board members.• Provide guidance through organizational change by balancing business needs, employee trust, and cultural continuity.• Contribute to integration and change-related initiatives, including merger and acquisition activity when applicable.
