Finance Operations Manager - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a growing company in the renewable energy industry, is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to support financing and compliance activities across a portfolio of projects. This role will focus on coordinating documentation, tracking key deliverables, supporting reporting requirements, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities- Track financing-related deliverables, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support funding and compliance activities.
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and document management systems.
- Assist with reporting, certifications, notices, and other required documentation.
- Support ongoing portfolio administration and stakeholder communications.
- Identify potential issues and help drive timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, project finance, portfolio administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, ShareFile, and document management systems.
- Experience with Salesforce, Sigma, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, or other financing-related industry experience preferred.
