Bilingual EHS Coordinator — Multi-Facility Manufacturing

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking an EHS Compliance Specialist to oversee environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs at the Gilroy and San Martin sites in California. You will implement procedures to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coaching staff in English and Spanish, incident management, safety committee leadership, audits, and collaboration with site management to develop corrective actions.
