Cleaning: Clean and sanitize dishes (using hand sink and machine wash), dry and put away. Wash floors. Check and clean bathrooms. Porter: Maintain flow of work with clearing dining room bus bins. Receive and put away delivery orders. Dispose of garbage. Break down boxes. Additional growth opportunities in other departments are available for dedicated employees who show an aspiration to learn! Other Essential Duties: Operations Systems & Procedures Complete open and close checklists. Complete checks, for example, check dining room every 15 minutes. Tray chips correctly. Receive orders, and place, label, date orders accurately. Set up the next shift for success. Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies. Maintain grade "A" or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards. Uphold company standards and policies for open/closed. Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws. Individuals may perform other duties as assigned or needed. Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: One year of dishwashing experience. Great relationship building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player. Ability to work in fast paced environment, multitask and accurately meet deadlines. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to help wherever needed. Spanish fluency preferred. Essential Physical Demands: Ability to bend and lift 50 lbs.
