Pro Customer Service Sales – Shelby Township, MI The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team provides exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional experience for professional customers. Support every stage of the Pro customer journey: order fulfillment, safe loading, product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions. Build and maintain professional relationships and proactively drive sales using product knowledge, loyalty programs and tailored recommendations. Provide outstanding service based on unique project needs, ensuring every Pro customer’s project is a success. Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries or offer specialized paint and product knowledge. Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, safe environment, resolve delivery issues and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors. Support store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. Use bilingual communication skills where preferred at certain locations. Qualifications Strong product knowledge and sales drive. Excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Commitment to safety and store standards.
