What You'll Do

• Conduct Comprehensive Patient Assessments
• Deliver Therapeutic Interventions
• Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams
• Educate Patients and Families
• Promote Early Mobilization and Prevent Functional Decline

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State
• Specialty certifications (e.g., geriatrics, orthopedics, neuro) are a plus
• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
