How You Will Make An Impact Perform end-to-end HVAC system installations, diagnostics, and repairs for commercial and residential accounts. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex mechanical, airflow, and control issues on-site. Guide and mentor junior technicians on field safety standards and technical execution. Deliver clear, professional communications to customers to explain technical requirements and system options. Ensure all installed heating and cooling systems comply fully with local mechanical codes and manufacturer specifications. Collaborate with field leadership to streamline daily job schedules and maintain high project quality standards. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience Proven track record of diagnosing and servicing complex heating and cooling systems across field settings. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and mentor team members. Advanced diagnostic and critical-thinking skills tailored to dynamic mechanical environments. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5 or more years of experience servicing both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Trade program completion or technical certification in HVAC.
