Job Description:
The client is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery through delivery for a small, AI-forward engineering team focused on automating customer onboarding and internal workflows.
Drive product discovery end-to-end, from identifying friction and defining requirements to partnering with engineering through launch and post-launch validation
Re-engineer manual and repetitive workflows by identifying automation opportunities and collaborating closely with a small team of engineers to build scalable solutions
Use AI tools as a core part of daily work, leveraging platforms such as Claude and similar tools to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and decision-making
Translate technical concepts and product trade-offs into clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders across operations, sales, and engineering
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including ops, sales, and engineering to surface real problems and build solutions that compound over time
Track product performance, user feedback, and automation ROI to continuously improve outcomes Minimum Requirements: 1.5-2 years of experience in a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner role within a small team or scrum environment
Demonstrated ownership of a feature or project from discovery through delivery, working hand-in-hand with engineers rather than handing off
Active, integrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or similar) to drive efficiencies in product work, not just occasional use
Experience supporting workflow automation or working with complex, multi-step processes
Collaborative, curious, and self-starter mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Preferred Qualifications: Background in financial services, mortgage, or insurance industries
Hands-on experience building automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate
Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, prompt engineering, or working with APIs
Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product tooling such as Jira or Confluence
Strong systems thinking with attention to edge cases and cross-functional process dependencies
