Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Whiteville, NC. Your Role in Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist on the team, you’ll play a vital role in helping both youth and adults build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.
