Integrative Emergency Services (IES), is a physician-owned and operated management group. We’ve partnered with HCA Florida Lehigh Hospital in Lehigh Acres, FL to manage their Emergency Department as of January 2026. We’re continuing to assemble our new EM team and seeking BE/BC Emergency Medicine physicians, as well as a Medical Director, interested in joining a physician-led organization that values quality care, collaboration, and work-life balance.
