Per Diem, RN

The Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNMHs policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements. Licensure and Certification:Current California RN license. Current BLS, ACLS and PALS provider cards. Certified in field of specialty (CCRN, PCCN, Trauma) preferred. Telemetry course certification or equivalent experience required. Education:Associates degree in Nursing (ASN) required. Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred. Experience:Minimum 1 year acute hospital experience required. Cardio-Vascular (Interventional) experience preferred. Trauma Care experience preferred. Pediatrics experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Critical thinking skills. Problem solving skills. Basic computer skills.
