ACG Global Commercialization Manager

Agilent seeks a Global Commercialization Manager to lead product launches and drive commercialization strategy for the CrossLab Group. The role involves managing multiple simultaneous launches, coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies, and ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization plans for new life science products aligned with company and market objectives
- Lead and manage multiple product launch projects simultaneously while maintaining timely execution against commercialization playbook
- Conduct commercialization milestone meetings with divisions and field teams to secure pricing and forecast commitments
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure launch success and drive data-informed improvements
- Train Product Managers on go-to-market processes and collaborate with Solution units on messaging and content development
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- 8+ years experience in product marketing, sales channels, commercial marketing, or cross-functional project leadership
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proven cross-functional team collaboration experience across geographies and cultures
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and strategic decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Knowledge of life sciences industry requirements and standards
Compensation: $135,840–$212,250/year plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
