- Serve customers their meals and drinks in an efficient and professional manner.
- Communicate food orders and guest needs effectively to the kitchen and service staff.
- Refill drinks, chips, and water for guests as needed.
- Wipe down, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and other surfaces.
- Remove used tableware and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from dining tables to the dishwashing area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation rules and regulations.
- Experience as a busser, barback, food runner, or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines (California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and safely lift up to 3040 pounds.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong teamwork skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evening and weekend shifts.
